The meeting was called to order at 8:30 pm SLT by Zyzzy Zarf.

The Minutes of the July 24, 2011 Leadership Group meeting were approved as read.

- 14 Members with 69 loans (one loan up one from June Report)
- 4.9 loans per member. Some FUUCSL KIVA members have no loans
- No defaults, 1 full refund, 9 loans fully repaid, 59 loans being repaid (0%-99%)
Total Amount Loaned: $1775.00 US
Collection Plate Updating (Zyzzy Zarf)
- The average donation will be reported by Sofia in the treasurers report. Â
- The average donation L$210 prior to July st and L$214 after July 1st. Et notes an increase of 1%.
Visitor’s Report (Etaoin Barcelona)
- We are still seeing new people but only 2-3 a day.
- The Library of World Religions, Pomona’s Library is #2 on the attractions list. (http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/UUtopia/160/64/23)
- Et is still in contact with the Youth Group CUUYAN to outreach possible interest.
Lecture Series (Joan Ixito)
- Speakers were scheduled for August and September. Joan is looking for speakers for October and November.
- The series will be promoted by Joan during service and will be listed on the FUUCSL Google calendar.
Saturday Services (Joan Ixito)
- We hoped to attract the Europeans but is mostly the regular crowd.
- Saturday service will be suspended and removed from the calendar.
- We appreciate the time and effort Joan put into this project.

New Business
- Calendar:Â The motion was made and approved for members of the LG to have rights to edit the FUUCSL Google Calendar.
- Spam in Groups: Members of the LG can eject individuals who spam after ensuring that it is deliberate.
- Member/Trustee Role discussion.
