- Note: 5 Kiva loans were listed as “expiredâ€, meaning that full funding was not obtained during the 30 period. In this case, all monies are returned to the original lenders.
- Idea raised about an inworld sign for Kiva. We will keep it on the agenda.
UUtopia Report – Zyzzy
- Jamaesi apparently abandoned her parcel by being way behind in rent.
- On UUtopia, we have a 1024, a 2048, and a 4096 available.
- On Alcott, there is a 2048 and a 4096 available.
- Rental income is 99.6% of max, or 84.2% excluding the sanctuary.
- General feeling is that the re-do of Alcott commons is good, and that we should continue with it, rather than reverting to pre-accident state.
Outreach – Et
- On Oct. 10, 2013 Et presented at the Cedar Lane UU church, the monthly “UU Alliance†meeting
- Et started working on a document about Unitarian Universalists in Virtual Worlds. Proposal due date April 14, 2014.
- Et will create a draft covenant, bylaws and rules, and put them up on a google doc so we all can improve it
- This is a structure for a new entity UUVW of which FUUCSL would be a part/member/ or something. An umbrella organization for virtual worlds
- Et has set up a place in Cloud Party called UUtopia One
Library Report – Bel
- I’m not sure the Spirit Park Display is worth the rent. The board was still wrong the last time I looked and it seems very disorganized.
- I’m thinking about maybe doing a landmark hub of spiriutal places in SL that actually works. Giving those with boards here rezzing rights through the LWR group so they can update them and keep them current. We need a LM hub that works in SL :-). It was very popular when Greatheart had it. I think that would be more used then the library is now.
- I started posting video’s in the library this month. People seem to like them.
- I may have to take the water out and expand the building
Odds and Ends – Tee
- Freda and Hex have been hosting an informal get together after the CLF service on Sunday nights.
New Business
- Decide on date for November LG Meeting. Decide on 3rd Thursday in Nov?
- Sofia moved to have a Nov / Dec meeting on Dec. 12. Seconded and approved.
