- In October I will send out reminders to those who have not fully paid their pledges. There is L28,900 in outstanding pledges. Last week I bought $400 worth of Lindens, so our dollar balance will decrease in next month’s report.
Land and Region Management- Zyzzy
- Residency is stable, but low. Del has asked to cut back, and Therru seems like she’s going to wander off.
- Someone from the Bah’ai group has inquired about renting a parcel. Seems ok to me.
Outreach – Et
- (Et has Back to School night and will submit a report. He has agreed to continue to lead Outreach.)
- Paperwork for submitting to the UUA about becoming a Related Organization will commence soon after Labor Day. Tandi Rogers indicated it shouldn’t be a big problem.
- The Sunday livestream service has made us a little more visible to CLF livestream viewers. Et has come up with a newbie information cube which contains landmarks to pretty good tutorial areas. A side effect is that Et gets an email when an avatar touches the cube, and has come into SL when they have been newbies around twice.
Committees – Tee

Worship Report – Tee
- A principle a month. There is a Google Spreadsheet with a schedule for this.
- Collect attendance data
- Recruit more worship leaders
- Idea: Incorporate the Sources too, including playing one movement of the Sources recording for each one.
Library Report – Bel
- Now that cooler weather is coming and more people will be in world more I’m hoping to have more events at the library. I’ve talked with my assistants about adding more information to the library and converting that information into web url form.
- On 9/13 and 9/14 I will be giving a tour of the library and UUtopia to some university students from Florida. I’m hoping to do that around 4:30 SL time on each day.
- I’m looking for someone that might want to restart the discussion nights. I thought we might focus more on the principles this time around. Using current events, holidays and important topics with a UU twist as topics. I wish I had time to commit to it but my schedule is really crazy these days.
- I’m still working towards moving more to a URL based content to avoid Copyright issues. By providing links instead of notecards there is less chance of a problem. I’m also going to change some of the graphics that may have issues.
- I’m still working through my 40,000 piece inventory and transferring what I can to LuvWorldReligions so the library assets will always be in her inventory and separate from Belovan. Eventually Luv will do the administration of the library.
- I’ve put no payment method connected to this avatar so anyone can use her in the future. I’m setting up some guidelines for future librarians so they understand to also keep her unattached to a RL identity and how to protect copyright issues.
- Discussion Group and Book Club are possibilities.
