- Discussion ensued on who we are, how we could appeal to people, esp. marginalized or socially anxious people.
- We should add the above to the Annual Report
Library Report – Bel
- I’m back to working around the library and have been making some minor changes. Adding some content and posters. The WRD book will be done soon and will contain the notecards from both the 2013 and 2014 events. I’ve changed Tuesday nights at 5:30 SLT to a hangout time for now for anyone that wishes to come in world and hang out.
- I have a new landing point made that will go partially into the lake. I was wondering your thoughts on the idea and if I should go ahead with it. If I do this then the owners of the poster, weather machine etc. would have to move them to different locations to make it look right. We might put the weather machine in the base and make that phantom so we can get to it.
- Also I noticed that in January when we made the What’s Happening now list the picture for the destination is still the old building. Is there anyone here that knows how to change that? I need to check the LM from that as well to see where it lands.
- Also the notecard in the poster needs to be updated. It is my hope that anyone coming in from that direction will have a better experience that way.
Annual Report – Tee
- “Outreach”, above, covers some of this.
- We need pictures for the Annual Report, with avis in them. Possibly some SL/RL splits showing the equivalence.
- People should go through their pictures and note any that would be appropriate
Activities and Events – all
- Now that Freda has wound down her activity here, we need another Event Coordinator.
- The coordinator would need to host, run, and promote events. It’s a fair amount of work.
- Bel offered to decorate
- Darcy offered to consider this role
- We need more presenters for the services too
- Tee said she would be available to run services this summer
